    With the youth in your squad, he'll have had recent experience with them. If that's the way forward, he wouldn't be a bad choice. That assumes you keep hold of most of your youngsters.

    It's a joint venture and they have had more than decent success with the U23's , so guessing if there are more outs in the summer they will have to bring some more of the current U23's to fill the gaps and who better than those two who have overseen their development
