I didnt mean the fanbase sizes from a financial perspective - purely from an expectation
forest fans would not for a second accept that top half of championship is their correct place. neither would ours.
bournemouth fans, deep down, would chop theirs arms off to be told they'll be top half championship and occasional premier league club for the next 20 years
I may be wrong but didn’t someone at Norwich come out and say their aim is to be in the top 25 clubs in the country?
Errr Rodney, say that again, it's all confusing me... (joke from Only Fools...)If he has been watching us all season then he will know the strengths/weaknesses we have in the squad. Hopefully those weaknesses can be resolved before the window shuts![]()
SKY money makes a massive difference in the premier league , Norwich will quite likely be promoted again this season but will not go wild on transfers for their Premier season . Probably could come straight back down again but will get parachute payments to make them sustainable and more than likely go back up the following season hence being the proverbial yo-yo club which they accept .Realistically though how much difference does having 30,000 fans at a game make over 10,000 at that level? 20,000 tickets at £30 each over 19 games a season is £11.4m it’s nothing to premier league clubs just a slight boost to FFP income. The bigger clubs make that up with a sleeve sponsor nowadays. Surely the end goal for Bournemouth is the same as Forest, to become a stable premier league club as that’s where the money is. Forest will need to gel quickly if they want to survive but they have a better player in pretty much every position than Bournemouth, I’m just struggling to see where B’mouth go from here. Back down with a half decent squad, bank the premier league money and retain some players then have another good season in the championship just to go up and spend peanuts and struggle again?
Pmsl if that is trueYou must log in or register to see media

That was coming after the weekend. JR has tumbled down the managerial ladder a hell of a lot since SD took a gamble on him in 2018. I like the bloke and I like the football he played when he 1st got here - unfortunately he became terrified of losing games and it made us a very negative team and painful to watch.Jack Ross sacked as Dundee Utd manager

Probably end up back at St MirrenNot long ago he was being touted for the Scotland job he’s going to struggle to get another role now I’d imagine
He resigned because the club would not discuss a new contract with him if I remember righthes unemployed because he resigned rather than sacked tbh.
it couldn't happen...Could it?Seen a few Bournmeouth supporters mentioning Mowbray as an option.
After this last week I’m absolutely sticking a fiver on thisit couldn't happen...Could it?
