Strictly speaking, and very important for Cherries, it's Bournemouth v Liverpool.

How times change. Just last January, the Cherries hosted Liverpool in the FA Cup 3rd round, shown live on ITV. No-one gave them a prayer then, whereas this time they're definitely in with a chance.

Saints fans have forgotten what it's like to lose at home. It's quite difficult to remember what it's like to lose away, either. I'm currently wearing the red and white tinted glasses with optional short term memory. Haven't we always been this good?

10 pts for me. Think we will lose 2 and pick up a point vs Utd. Lose vs arsenal and man City

Not if they play like they have in the Champions League this week. If Koscielny is not back for Arsenal they will have problems. If Sanchez gets injured between now and the match they will arguably be hard pressed to win even at home (they are so reliant on him it is shocking)

Man City were a shambles tonight. If they carry on with their 4-4-2 away from home then I imagine we should win the midfield battle. Again they are very reliant on one player (Aguero)

Obviously we are quite reliant on some key players too (no obvious alternatives to Tadic and Pelle for example)

But I wouldn't write us off against these sides just because of what is expected and what the pundits / bookies have suggested all season

We can beat City at home. When Yaya got sent off tonight my first thought was "great, he'll miss our game". He won't of course, but that's actually better for us, as he is way below the player he used to be. If City play two strikers we can win it in midfield, if they play one up top our defence is equal to it.

Said similar above. It is quite shocking how much of a downturn Toure has had.
It is almost like on Football Manager when you get the message through about a player no longer being able to play at your current level anymore (in my case it is usually Lambert at, funnily enough, around about the early 14/15 season...)

I think we will get 10/11 points in these games and would be doing well to do so. We've been a model of consistency lately, I would hate to see us slip up against the lesser fancied teams. Any points against City, Arsenal or even United would be a bonus.

Oh and also, if we manage to get 12+ points out of these fixtures like some think, we will have to be considered title contenders....

[Although I stress again that I will be happy with 6+]

I really want us to stay up there in contention for as long as possible. Whisper it quietly, but I don't think we will win the title...however, I don't want it to go flat for a large chunk of the season as it did in 2013/14. I want the title chasers to be as nervous as possible for as long as possible. Then next season....

Why is everyone saying we'll loose to arsenal, already beat them once when they had a top team out too. We've won a series of games recently that in past seasons we would have lost. Plus we have Jose fonte - awesome! 18 points for me to move top of the league by 4 and a goal difference of10 over Chelsea.....
