Good result lads, would have been even sweeter if Ba's shot had gone in!
Glimpses of hope from the forward, Best showed he is a proven goalscorer and should start ahead of Ameobi any day.
Get Pieters in and move Raylor to RB a Simpson was appalling today once again, it might be the fact he's just had a baby and is slightly distracted. He needs to raise his game though.
Another solid performance from the defense overall though along with terrific saves from Timmy in goal.
Midfield wise we were poor on some occasions, especially Tiotes who was still no at his best today. Obertan showed skill down the wing along with Jonas and Cabaye showed that he is more than capable of replacing Barton in midfield as his passing, shots and corners were brilliant.
Hope Haris is alright, suspected broken finger, made a good pass I guess x)!

Smith got carded and gave away a freekick in the exact spot they scored their first goal

Also that's why I currently STILL RATE BEST AS OUR BEST STRIKER. Sure he isn't the quickest, strongest or cleverest of strikers but he does one thing and one thing only.. SCORES GOALS. Was at the RIGHT PLACE AT THE RIGHT TIME.

Was it just me who thought Ba was looking a lot better than usual when he came on?
Shame Smith still hasn't improved to PL level, hopefully Gosling will take his place on the bench in time for QPR.

Nice match and a good result. Only regret is that we didn't keep a clean sheet. Anyways was quite satisfied with everyone especially Ba, and Cabaye who really improved and came close to getting their first goals for us. Also was pretty satisfied with our defensive performance and Krul's saves which really deserved a cleansheet. But anyways nice result. Can't f**king remember when we started a season so well. 1 pt against a top 4 side, 3 in a derby and 3 against a decent mid table team : good times
