Really though, this thread wasn't an attack on Sunderland at all. I don't think there's any need for random insults, it's just a forum where people can discuss football. Anybody is welcome to post sensible stuff on Newcastle's board so I think mostly the responses you're getting are highlighting that it's a shame you feel the need to resort to insults whenever somebody posts sensible stuff here.

I dont see a problem with fans visiting other teams boards. Thats the point of not606 isnt it? I dont like this very tribal, insular way of thinking, where fans of a team stay on their own board and don't visit others. Kind of like people who think all immigration should be stopped today, no questions asked. But lets not open that can of worms.
As for Chappaz, if you accept hes probably going to have a Newcastle bias, just as any SAFC fan would have a Sunderland bias, hes pretty easy to have a reasoned debate with. If you launch expletives left right and centre you can't expect much of a measured response back.

Haha some of the threads on the SAFC & NUFC boards are class, I often come over for a read. This is no exception.
As far as I can see, there's not much praise being directed at Brighton, their players or their manager. Maybe if you understand that they have one of the most promising managers in the country, along with a squad who are playing exceptionally well together, the SAFC supporters may stop looking for excuses.
If I could choose between Brighton away or Everton at home I'd choose Everton all day long, I'm a Man Utd supporter and my team are expected to hump everything in sight but I could see how tricky the Brighton fixture was going to be for Sunderland as soon as I logged on to Ladbrokes to place a few coupons (none of which won by the way...thanks to Burnley for squandering their lead and going to ET).
You lot need to chill out, Steve Bruce has obviously gone into this thinking his midfielders would boss Brighton out of the game and his tactics look as if he set up the team to avoid an upset and snatch a 1-0 or 2-0. In truth no team he put out would have hammered Brighton because they're a good side, perfoming well, with a lot more confidence amongst the ranks than SAFC evidently.
As a side not, most MUFC fans hate Liverpool and City fans, but I wouldn't wish for a forum which banned fans from other teams threads.
