Nothing to stop ENIC saying they expect an extra 100m pa minimum,
and for the next 10 years their usage ratio will be 70:30 on repaying
stadium debt : funds for player transfer/wage activity.

There probably is at the moment as there will be covenants on the debt. But once they've restructured they would be able to make such a statement. Whether they will see a commercial advantage in doing is another matter.

Do we have a final, verified cost for the stadium? I keep seeing £1billion bandied around and know this is wrong, but can't find the actual figure. £700m was the last I think I saw from reputable sources?
