Particularly with non-opposable thumbs......Joined up stadium? That's what Chav fans are hoping for but unfortunately, currently, less than 1% have joined up writing. Many would claim that is not their fault as when ones knuckles drag along the ground when one walks, it makes it very difficult and painful to hold a pen.
The daily workforce on site at the moment is around 1200 people.

Well that suggests the project is on schedule.....Doesn't seem to be so on saturday lunchtimes,
just guys on the gates watching out for site managers.

What more than are normally left in the Tax-Payers Arena at full time?
Was at WHL today.
If this folklore about the roof starting to go on in
Jan = build on schedule is true, well if that stage
requires the "circle to complete" in terms of the
entire framework being done and roof height, that
is going to be some serious miracle work on the
south stand for that to happen.
Pick one.Chelsea
genuine fans
Pick one.
Seriously though, it's a bit ****, isn't it? It's not really fit for purpose, unfortunately.
Massive gaps between the edge of the pitch and the stands, no acoustics, pretty cheap seats and lots of bare concrete.
It's also ****ing freezing on a cold day.
Now imagine that we'd leased the place for 100 years. Its only 'success' is fitting a lot of people in it. The views are pretty terrible, the atmosphere is worse, catering is atrocious, transport awful, etc., etc. I've only just started to thaw out from the cold.
I'm starting to wonder if Chelsea aren't reconsidering their build. If they can rent Wembley for 5 years [I have my doubts] the effects could be great for everyone else. 5 years is forever in football terms. Lose 5 games in a row and its disaster. 5 concecutive **** seasons is the end for all time. I hope they get to use the place. It's perfect for them.
If the rumours about Chelsea needing to use it for 5 years are true then their genuine fans will detest the place.
It would be hilarious. However, if there was inter-breading between these two offshoots of the human race, it could set evolution back 2 million years. Now imagine that we'd leased the place for 100 years.
Almost makes you feel sorry for West Ham fans, doesn't it? No, of course not, but you see my point.
I'm still hoping for a Spam/Scum groundshare at the White Elephant, to be honest. It would be hilarious.
There's no atmosphere at Wembley. One of the reasons is none of us want to be there. Another is the crap acoustics. I can't even understand what Paul Coyte is saying at half time these days. Mind you, I did stop listening today when I heard him call John Pratt "a Spurs Legend".
There are. Queue A goes to Marylebone and they take the rest...What if there are separate transport queues for those
unshaven / scruffs / bad hairdos ... ??![]()
