Perfect. I used to have all the Gerry Anderson themes on a 10" album - 'No Strings Attached'. I lent it to a DJ mate and never saw it again....Such is life. Git.....him, not you.
When I was 12 (or so) I bought a load of Simple Minds 12"s because they were popular. Some mate borrowed them and never gave them back. Am I bovvered? I hate Simple Minds.
I am missing something here with the two pitches, I understand that the NFL pitch is set at the bottom of the bowl and is permanent which is fine as it's artificial, the football pitch is laid in trays arranged in 3 sections which is rolled back under the stand on tracks/rails when the NFL pitch is in use. That far I understand but am not sure what happens to the tracks/rails once the football pitch is retracted?
My sister nicked all my early Cure, Siouxsie, Echo, Psychedelic Furs, etc. albums. She still has them and they're all decent stuff. Would love to have them back but it ain't happening. I asked her a few months ago and she just ignored me......and they're in her ****ing loft and she never listens to them. Families?Ask Megan Sparkle.
Another mate has my The Fall collection. Must be worth a f***ing fortune now vinyl is back in fashion. What f**ks me off is that saved all my money up to buy records and these tw*ts have got them all
West side pitch tray on the move again. It looks like it has a clear run... "Pitch tray, this is WHL Control Tower. Green Light. You are good to go...." At this point, I'd be fighting myself, desperately trying not to find out what top speed looks like....and probably failing. "Ramming Speed"
Think the tray is being operated by TFL !- its not moving and doesn't look like its going anywhere just like London trains
This is my fear for a Saturday afternoon. Can you imagine postponing a match cause the pitch won't come out to play (on)
If Daniel Levy ran TfL, that expression about Mussolini and trains running on time would need updating.
I sing in a choir that deputises for Cathedral choirs when they are on holiday. We used to hire an organist who would drop bits from the Thunderbirds music into his improvisations during the service. Quite subtle but I imagine some of the congregation spotted it....
We're at the 18 yard line.....There's a temptation to post the commentary of a punt return......but I won't.
The Mail continue to do their penance.... http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...itch-new-stadium-edges-closer-completion.html To me, it looks like we're still writing this stuff.
The nose of the bigger central tray is just starting to make its way from under the South Stand........What Cup Final?
