I have a feeling the acoustics in this place are going to be incredible. 62,000 Spurs fans taking the roof off will be like an extra man on the field. No wonder the team is sick of playing at Wembley when this place is sat there crying out for us to start playing.

No. We have to freeze at Wembley a bit longer, so we'll appreciate it more when we get there.

What is wrong with this picture?
Answer, its missing 62062 supporters and a football match otherwise its a normal shot of a football ground <cheers>

Rumours online are gathering pace that this weeks club announcement will confirm our home game vs the Goons will be at Wembley but no breakthrough on a move in date for the stadium.

Hope it’s not true but the suspicions of the whole thing being pushed back to next season seem justified now.

Yeah.....I'm sure the club's lawyers would have advised that as an appropriate course of action. It'll only **** up their credibility forever, especially in the post-construction litigation, and make them liable for prosecution for the current version of obtaining a pecuniary advantage by deception by holding ST holders' money..

Other than that it's fool proof. <laugh>

They’re not stupid, they know it’s not going to be ready but can easily keep giving ‘updates’ with more excuses.

Happy to be wrong but time will tell.

It was supposed to open in September, it’s now February and still no date.

Why is it so far fetched to believe it won’t be ready until next season?

What about lying to withold money? It's a criminal offence to do it with an intent to deceive....

I don’t know enough about the law with regards to that.

My own personal opinion is that the club always knew it was unlikely the stadium would be finished on time. And then the massive **** up happened and at that point I believe they knew it was unlikely to be ready at all this season.

    It doesn't show.....<laugh>

You're entitled to your opinion but accusing the club of deceiving its customer base in a scenario that could never be kept quiet (if it was true) is stretching credulity. Joe Lewis is a multi-billionaire businessman not a stick-up artist.
