Nah last I heard was tentative enquiries on property purchases had been made on Pitt street and the surrounding areas of what’s left of the old brewery site opposite the Earl.
Would be nice to hear something soon. It's not all about signings.

I can't understand why they would waste money extending St James Park ?

Depends on the numbers and the location. Less than 60k wouldn't be worth the effort of moving but I'd have thought 70k was max realistically to be sure to get thes numbers in.
Genuinely not bothered. I will trust the club to do the right thing.
