The 're-brand' itself is just as bad as the proposed name change - IF we do end up having the 'Hull City Tigers' name thrust upon us, it'll be even more soul-destroying having to look at that half-arsed attempt at a re-brand. That re-brand is at the 'Skirlington market' level, not 'Premier League' - it looks so cheap and nasty, like they've asked the work experience kid to think of a new 'Hull City Tigers' logo and they decided to rub out 2 words and squish everything together.
Its the same badge, with Hull City and Tigers on it more prominently. I genuinely don't get the teeth gnashing over this. It's not a total overhaul. Most people refer to us as Hull City, or The Tigers. I just don't get the history being thrown away bollocks, its like people do not understand what history actually is. Oh and we need more threads on this subject too, there's not nearly enough. Anyone fancy starting a *they backed down due to fan power" one??
