I think that Bowyer should be given a chance to see how good a Manager he is with some decent signings behind him. But it is a results business and if he doesn't produce the results his job should be under pressure as any Managers Is.

Someone who is responsible for the day to day football side of the club, presumably above Bowyer, Gallen & Avory. They usually complement an owner who lacks footballing experience. Not a bad idea on paper if he knows his football.
