I wouldn’t start doing work for an employer while I was still in the interview stages, so I doubt Walter is.

You don't think it's a process? Of course they discuss recruitment and what they think of the current squad before anythings signed.

"95% done" means it's down to the small print and they'll have a agreed on a direction of travel.

I get that because it’s unlikely the owner of Boots is going to come out to the public slagging off his CFO or whoever.

It is a public forum. It won’t look good to current players that this sort of stuff can get out.

Fortuna fans loved him. Pandur for £1.5 million was a steal considering he only just joined last summer.

Been busy so not followed stuff apart from casual glance on SM.
No managerial announcement yet?

Re Allsopp, he’d spoke to Rosie a few times about a change in goal but Rosie wasn’t haveing it “because he’s good with his feet”
They offered to get a keeper on Loan but Rosie said no. They thought that was a mistake so bought pandur anyway. Acun couldn’t understand how pandur didn’t get a chance then got binned from the bench. Rosie said he was t good enough.
Same with Ohio, couldn’t understand how he got banished from the squad for periods, especially as we played with no striker….which he also wasn’t happy with.
Wasn’t happy with the ewobi deal when we had sinik not doing anything. Then we brought zahoury in who Burnley signed because they missed out on sinik.
Wasn’t happy with the pass, pass then back to the keeper.
I thought he was good, a little harsh or Ryan maybe. Bob on about Connolly though

What I still find puzzling is why Acun and his team would put pen to paper and spend money on players they felt they didn’t need. Doesn’t add up to me.

the handling of this whole situation is 100% why I still think he’s a passive aggressive smarmy blagger despite the “classy” pr responses proper middle manager type promising you one thing and doing another. Glad Acun offered insight on the deals straight talking no nonsense, Allsop situation a joke from start to finish.

It's easy to say that Liam should've played Pandur, but none of us have seen him play or train (other than the game against Curaçao, in which he didn't do a whole lot). Why would Rosie intentionally not play a better keeper? Allsop looked very poor at times, who's to say Pandur would've been better?

I remember people saying TLT should play in goal, right up until he did and had a shocker...

I beg we one day have a normal, boring owner like Brentford and Brighton’s. I don’t even know those ****s’ names and how they made their fortune.
 
I missed the Sky match to watch that live and I'm glad I did. No more guesswork, we know what went off now. It was like an after hours lock in at the pub when you've had a few. It sounds like this Tim bloke is having a look around if it's going into next week. Dump him now and move on.

Brighton’s made his by gambling I believe. Potentially same as Brentford. I think they don’t like each other as they worked together.
