The latest HDM regurgitation of news about Walter has nothing much of note, except that visa applications have been made for Walter and his two staff.

I read this morning Norwich have already got a wp in place for their new manager. Now they’ll start negotiations. they’ll announce theirs before us. And they started after us

As time goes on....I'm thinking its time Acun persuaded Liam to step out of a shower......

Dallas style..or maybe that should be Bobby Ewing like.

Yes I saw that so I thought it strange it was reported somewhere that City are waiting for a Work permit for Walter before confirming.

I imagine Jonas David (Hamburg want rid) and Denis Hadzikadunic (out of contract) will be transfer targets for Walter, they were his main centre backs.

Neither are very good apparently, going by what Hamburg fans say on Twitter. Their best centre-half Vušković has been suspended for two years for doping after he failed a drugs test and they found low levels of rhEPO. His suspension ends in November. A lot of their fans and players have shown support to him and thought the DFB railroaded him.

Baz has said that the finer details of the contract needed sorting out but reckons it’ll be done by the end of the week. Obviously they aren’t going to get everything in place if it isn’t going to happen, we don’t want another Martins or DJ Campbell on our hands.

If the wp isn’t done and they are working on the finer details…..what have they done for the last 3 weeks?
Are we working on the same time scale as getting sinik fit.
If it goes the same way as martins we’ve wasted a **** load of time again

I know this'll annoy some people and it's nothing I haven't said before, but we already have wasted a **** load of time; choosing to change manager guaranteed that.

The change has happened, acun knew ages ago he was binning Rosie if we didn’t make the pl. he should have been further down the road with this, rather than dicking around getting on the fenerbache board

There’s been so many changes this summer. New manager, new Head of Recruitment, huge squad rebuild and with the international tournaments and Olympics it could mean less time for potential new signings to settle during pre-season.

All those other clubs wasting a ****ful of time sacking their managers…

I assume this applies?
