Thats the biggest point for me

What if we sign player a this summer
But hes not doing it for whatever reason
So walter doesnt play him
Acun then applies pressure to walter about it?

Signings cost money ofcourse
But theres so many nuances to it
You cant just expect them to play regardless of levels

It's a long season and presumably any signings of significance in terms of money will get a chance to prove themselves at some point. That said, if everyone - Acun included - can see that they aren't performing and someone else comes in and does perform well, there can't be any complaints. Seems to me that Acun feels some players were not given a fair crack of the whip while others maintained their place come what may. Those decisions were LR's to make and ultimately they have cost him. Whether that is the right decision or not we will see next season.

I’m not sure how much of Connellys wages we paid but he came with a reputation that his career wasn’t working out at Brighton. He looked the part then didn’t then was injured then not playing then back playing but not the same on the bench but not put on. Rosie was very loyal to him and gave him a good chance to get his career going again. Yes he does look overweight so not sure this helped him. Certainly couldn’t see him playing a full match.( why is it we have a lot of professional footballers who cannot play a full match but get paid thousands a week?).
As Ajun pays the wages I can see why Rosies project with Connolly cheesed him off.

Connolly also scored 8 goals in half a season so had shown he had the runs on the board and was worth persisting with.

I would expect the owner and the manager to talk to each other, work together and listen to each other - it sounds as if Rosie was given sufficient latitude but ignored Acun/ or had a different view on occasions - that works if it goes right for the manager - clearly it didn't and coupled with the faffing about at the back which isn't a good look anyway, unless it's done properly and our version wasn't, gave Acun all he needed to sack Rosie - none of us really know how the conversations went but if players were going behind Rosie's back then it was inevitable that it would all end in tears

yep, a few acting like drama queens on here!!
An owner talking honestly and openly to an audience with the clubs fans. An owner actually wanting to keep the fans informed, not in the dark, fed rumours, half truths and untruths. And some are still getting worked up. Bring back the Allams, maybe they'll be happy then.

Really? When do I do that? Any examples? Don’t think my views are shared by everyone. Unlike some on here. I agree with some on here and disagree with others, same as you and others.You come across as not only patronising and condescending but arrogant as well. Ever thought why that is?
