Chazz, it wasn't supposed to be a serious comment, it was supposed to be an ironic post as you seem to be contradicting yourself, by saying initially these quotes by players are sound bites when a new manager comes in, and then you quote what Fleming said about Shota as not seemingly being a sound bite but a true statement. Sorry if you missed what I was humorously trying to say.
For what it is worth IMO at the time they generally meant what they said, but clearly, things changed with Shota, and he wasn't getting a tune out of the players.

Chazz was saying everyone says the same things about every manager. In producing quotes about Silva, Shota and Rosenior where the players did say the same things, I don't know how he's contradicting hismelf.
He said in one post that players always give sound bites when a manager comes in. In another post someone said something like no player had said anything positive when Shota arrived, then Chazz put up a post whereby it said Fleming had made statement saying good things about Shota. So Jokingly I put up, what I thought was a humoured post saying it was just another sound bite not a statement Fleming really meant.
It seems my sense of humour is different to others, so better I don't bother future.
