Polar opposite to Shota in terms of communication
If that's the extent of our aim then why not just keep daws. We have to aiming higher
Agreed ..but we are in deep trouble right now.
After huge changes both on and off the pitch this season was probably always about consolidation … that’s quickly changed into survival.
I'd say the biggest mistake was Shota. He came in knowing nothing about the championship. The wholesale changes in the summer were incredibly naive. Everyone knew the squad we had wasn't what we needed to achieve the goals the new owner has set, however those at the top should have also appreciated those goals wouldn't be reached in their first season either. They should have made a couple of strategic signings to strength the core of the squad we already had and built from their the following summer.
Clusterfuck of mammoth proportions.

Plenty were concerned about the recruitmentThe only thing ‘everyone’ knew back in August where the fixtures pal.
All over the country? The only thing ‘everyone’ knew back in August where the fixtures pal.

FACT
Is that all?Good luck to him, I think this is a really good appointment.
Sort out our goal scoring and defence, obviously. And our midfield, and apparently, according to some on here, our goalkeepers too.
Should piss it.
Some managers are disciplinarians, others leave that to their coaches/assistants. Some are training ground managers, others are office types. It's really about the whole of the management team, not just the figurehead.

We have time to sort it out and avoid relegation, but that's about it.
Tin hats on everyone.
Not sure Dawson could keep us up. I love that he's staying but I think it takes more than he can offer to manage at this level.
Rosenior is on his way to the very top I believe and I'm really excited that he's here. Great appointment IMO
At this moment in time and the way we have been losing week after week exception ( Rotherham and Blackpool) with defeat at home game after game then this season is probably all about staying up, it maybe wasn’t at the beginning of the season but for me staying up is an achievement. Obviously the higher we end up the better and I would love to see us move right up that league but with the poor start we have had and especially the home form it’s been abysmal. If that's the extent of our aim then why not just keep daws. We have to aiming higher
Because Daws isn’t going to do that on present evidence. It’s all well and good saying it’s too soon, but if they’re taking the approach of building slowly then it’s not too soon at all. If we don’t take the risk then someone else will and by that point “too soon” becomes “too late”If that's the extent of our aim then why not just keep daws. We have to aiming higher
