His football intelligence/knowledge is right up there the Derby lad is right, I'd love to see him here one day, I just personally think it's a little to soon

Maybe you're right, but Eddie Howe was around his age at Bournemouth and didn't do a bad job. But I can understand that maybe a bit more experience at this level might be a safer option at present.

I'd rather see the inexperienced pair of Rosie/daws as opposed to an inexperienced foreign coach with no connection to us. But imo our sights should be higher

what has been going on for 3 weeks for rosenior to suddenly be in the frame?

He wasn’t sacked he was moved into the back room staff but left im pretty sure. Happy to be corrected

he got removed from his position as manager regardless
he has been available since before we sacked shota

this just seems out of options.. desperation to me
I agree with that 100%.

Shouldn’t be publicly saying we’ve had loads of interest if this was the end goal.

Do we actually need a new manager right now?

Daws has come in and steadied the ship. He's trying to play some very good football and it's high intensity too which us fans always love.

There's 6 games left until the WC break, surely it's worth giving him another 2/3 games to see how we continue.

If **** hits the wall, it would still give us enough time to sort out a new gaffer before the WC break too

If acun is going to stick with daws then no we don't, but if he isn't then getting the set up sorted is a must asap

It's already been said, but the WC isn't going to have an impact on who we bring in. Realistically, there's only Elder (if he gets in the squad) and maybe Tetteh if he's fit enough that will be going to the World Cup, so it's not as though our preparations will be too badly disrupted for whomever takes the job.

If we get battered by Rotherham today, it isn't going to convince Acun that Daws is the man. Win as convincingly as we did against Blackpool and he might be in with a shout.

At the start I wanted a manager in asap, but Daws has pleasantly surprised me. He's won 2/5 which is okay but the performances are the biggest improvement. Even the 1st half of Huddersfield was good, and if we'd have gone in 2 0 up at half time then nobody could've complained.

If Shota would've won 2 out of his last 5, he wouldn't have been sacked. This year was always going to be a period of transition, with the volume of new arrivals and the injuries are still crippling us too. So I think he's done a good job, we're still one coaching staff light probably too so if Rosenior came in alongside Daws I think that's not a bad solution.

It doesn't seem to be going to plan with getting someone in. Which considering the calibre we seem to be after isn't a surprise, we're still a bottom end Championship side at present with an owner who's probably too involved and a poor training ground.

I think today could be absolutely huge. Another strong performance, and Daws has to be in with a real shout

What happened to the 'loads' of people interested in getting the job.... Rosie will forever be HCAFC, BUT, he's not the right man for the job.. period...

Can I ask to those who know more than me, is the new manager situation a consideration in financials...?
