The great Johan Cruyff as a TV pundit once stated the team that scores the most goals usually wins!!

"They didn't change positions, they just moved the players around." - Terry Venables

Beri Pardo is now part of the coaching staff. He was on the touchline today. Had a photo with Acun before the game.
A stop gap along with Stockdale? If so, a really odd one if the aim is to support Daws. Or if not a stop gap, does it mean a new manager has to accept Pardo as part of his team? Hmmn

Can someone explain to me the rush to get Pedro but it is no longer a rush now we can’t have him?

Beginning to feel like relegation is inevitable and that there is far more wrong with this squad than just a lack of direction.

We are fooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooked unless Acun can get past the Denial phase and move onto the Anger phase, hopefully to quickly move on from there to the Depression stage and then to Acceptance. Only at the Acceptance stage is he going to realise that he is an owner in a nightmare and not a quasi-manager in an I can turn this blip around and reach our destiny of the Premiership this year.

He's an owner without a coach, 8 months into a long term project having brought in more players in summer than games there's been so far in the season.

There's talent in the squad but there are clearly issues with identity and cohesion - and in some cases application, though whether that's down to confidence, concentration or work rate is an open question.

We're a work in progress. Keep the faith.

They thought they had Martins. It's why Shota was sacked with the timing he was.

We're now in a market with 2 other championship clubs, both with bigger budgets. Anyone credible whos interested in managing City will probably have the other 2 higher up their priority list. I suspect Acun is in limbo until decisions are made at clubs higher up the food chain.

My biggest concern is that I don’t think Acun will let go of his pride and take a step back from the footballing side of the business. Not saying he picks the team on match days but he has picked almost all 16 of the signings this summer with little input from Shota, and a lot of those signings aren’t working out.

He needs to stop micro-managing and have some trust in a decent coach who is allowed to identify the problems with this squad and sign his own players.

My biggest concern is people making assumptions and rumours like this taking a life of their own amongst the fans without any real evidence. Now that could be the sort of thing which may make any owner rethink his commitment.

Is he the ex fenerbache scout?
Yes, I don't get the point though, I don't even remember when was the last time Fenerbahce did a scout informed transfer, they just work with Rogon agency, it is well-known in Turkey that Fenerbahce don't do scouting except youth programme.

Not so much 'jobs for the boys'. But could well be another example of naivety. Of course hope I'm wrong and bringing him in proves to be an inspired move.

Shota = Acun’s mate
Tufan = Acun’s mate
Pelkas = Acun’s mate
Beri Pardo = Acun’s mate

We’ve spent a decent amount of money on transfer fees and wages this summer on 16 new players and we don’t look any better than last year. In fact, we look worse in some aspects.
