I've noticed that you're saying this on most threads Soups. Is it definite that we will get a transfer embargo if we pay whatever fine we are given? We will only get thrown out of the league if we refuse to pay any fine and that won't happen surely?
McClaren has been desperately unlucky with injuries, with a lot of talented players missing for the last couple of months. I think Ramsey has been very poor, so I'd like Warburton, Clement or McClaren.
They're looking at our 'creative accountancy', the £60 million write-off is apparently in breach of their regulations on FFP, so TF is going to face a real battle and the Football League can't wait to make an example of us. We should know by the end of June which could certainly f*ck up next season's plans...
No, according to the Times, it's NOT clear that the £60 million write off is in breach of the FFP regulations and the lawyers are currently arguing over that. As I understand it, there's also an argument over whether we should be punished under the old regulations or the new ones which are more lenient. There's no doubt we're going to get hit but I don't think anyone knows how badly at the moment.
please log in to view this image and its no to big sam from us mind you what would I know I said no to hughes and harry and look at what they did for us
How ungrateful. Hughes saved us from relegation. Redknapp restored us to our rightful place among the elite. Both would have made us a top 4 side. It says so on their tins.
Swords has temporarily metamorphosed into his alter ego, Del Boy. As we speak, he'll be pounding the streets of Dublin in his batman costume...
