Some of the members like to engage in nothing more than a bit of friendly banter. Mark has been the main target from gillsoxon of the Tilson saga for a while, hence I suspect gillsoxon's comment. Please do not take it personally and we can all avoid the (idiot) insults.

Did anyone else see Liam Daish was on the list for Birmingham at 12/1 the other day, I was shocked, I very much doubt they would go to non league for a manager.
 
Interesting that Robson has gone to Barnet, I personally think it will be either Allen or Peter Taylor. But I wouldn't read too much into the sky bet odds as I quite honestly think they aren't any more wiser than we are as to who is going to get the job, it's been done so secretly that I think the ones with the lowest odds are simply the ones who sky bet know have been interviewed.
 
Well if odds are anything to go by on managers and Paddy power believed that Liam Daish would be in with a chance of the Birmingham job then they are mad, also anyone who bets on that are mad aswell. I know he played for them, but then if they were going to show everyone who has played for them then the list would be well long.

I would take Peter Taylor. However, we cannot afford him and therefore I just feel immense disappointment coming on and some cheap option within our budget.

Although I dread some switch with mad dog.
 
The thing off Skybet was purely for a list of possible candidates as I have now lost track of who is possible. Been too long and there is nothing coming from the club and it's frustrating and and and, I think I'll stop there.

I personally think Martin Allen will be our man, he was the first person I mentioned but since loads of names have been thrown up I had changed my mind but going back to it I think he will be our manager, that is why Barnet have gone and got Robson as we are getting Allen, but we will have to see.
