I wonder if Ian Varley will be offered a position as director of football ?

HAHA LOL, yeah he might be popular, maybe let him do some scouting.
Have to say, bit strange a man manager of the women's team, I have not seen the women's team, is there any fit ones if so he is a lucky guy.

Judge for yourself - sorry it's not a close-up ( although a nasty person might say that is a blessing in disguise )

Thats a no from me, I have to say a lot of women in football are to well built, don't really want a women who has more muscles than I have as that would be a bit embarrassing, well very embarrassing.

Didn't you claim to have a partner on the Nouble thread yet I find you perving here... BUSTED!

Yeah, it don't matter, you can still talk about women if you have a partner, just not tell them, she shouldn't find out so it don't matter.

Hearing rumours that Richard Money may be in the frame. Someone on Kentonline also claiming this but they are notorious WUMS over there. He is now 3/1 at skybet.

Mick McCarthy linked this morning. I've only read articles claiming that though, no real hints as to which mad man thought he'd be interested. Perhaps this should be on silly season.

Was just about to say that, apparently he has been interviewed. Bristol City supporters don't speak too highly of his managerial credentials though... Maybe he will fair better at a smaller club, Bristol City are a huge club with a small budget and maybe that worked against Millen during his time there... Very interesting to see how he has rocketed from no where on sky bet... Richard Money is another no one has mentioned, he is 7/2, second favourite

Wish everybody would stop this ''apparently he has been interviewed'' nonsense! Nobody knows and wont know until the new manager is announced!

Message for Steve Bruce, can you remember this old place...

Well we have smartened it up a bit since then, time to come back to us Southern Softies <ok>

Ssh no one mention the scaffolding.

Even the Tate Modern hasn't got anything like that brb.........thats why I sat in the main stand.....it looked more secure.........I did enjoy the hot sunny day last year when we brought our young wet behind the ears team to be slaughtered.........but we are a different team now and hopefully won't give the rest of the league a nine game start......hope for a Autumn Saturday match at your place again.

How unlucky that you didn't get Carl Fletcher for your new manager, Peter Reid is still scarred from Div 2 experience......I doubt if he will ever want to do that again......top man in a terrible situation at Plymouth last year.......probably glad that Peter Ridsdale ended it all for him in the end........just a mention that Rooney impressed me with his individual goal against Argyle........then you sell him !!!

I wouldn't be surprised if Richard Money got the job. Done well pretty much everywhere he has managed and back in 2006 led Walsall to winning league 2, conceding just 34 goals across 46 games! Phenomenal. Currently stands at second favourite and I know i'm just speculating but just thought he deserved more of a mention because by my reckoning, he has more credentials than any other candidate being linked with the job, clearly a tactician and was unlucky to be sacked by Luton, especially as they were 3rd when he lost the job!
