I'm too honest to be in politics.

I've been trying to see if i can find outif a press conference has been called. Thought that could be good indication.

Sky sports news have said that Clark is in line for West Brom.

    Steve Clark though.

There's a tweet from the OS about an unveiling of the new kit worn by players rather than the catalogue photo from vandanel today. I was kind of hoping that they would be showcasing it along with some other new arrivals (Clark) but I doubt it'll happen. I'm handing in my final piece of work today so I may just have to get back to Gillingham and set up tent. That said if it was Martin Allen he might kick me haha

They don't look as bad as I feared... prefer the 2nd kit though but I thinkthat is more down to it being predominately blue

I've pre-ordered both kits. The red that Connor is wearing with long blue sleeves and the blue worn by Payne short red sleeved. To try and be as predominantly blue as possible.

Hence I also have preference to the away kit.

I still find the string collar a bit weird but I think I'll be going for the away kit, it seems a bit foreign having the red at home... still no manager news though. *kicks metaphorical can in frustration*

Looking at the lace collars, I was trying to work out the origin of such a shirt design, at first I was thinking American Baseball however in my search I stumbled on NHL jerseys...

I agree with you regarding the string. I will proabably get the shirt - but might re thread the string so that the long bits end up 'inside'

on that note always, i can see there being an issue with the string collar...being that players are already always pulling others players shirts, so will this have a bigger effect on what goes on behind the refs back !

do like the shirts though(good quality look) and could well buy the home shirt, especially the long sleeve ones <ok>

Changed my mind on the manager situation. It appears that Scally is waiting until all other vacant manager post are filled before he see is left. Then he will appoint someone from who is left :(.

Sorry frustration is getting the better of me.

I just remember being this frustrated before the seven signings in a day last summer and the elation that came through in the end. It was nerve racking right up until I saw Charlie Lee and Whelps had arrived. Perhaps old PS will have the new manager plus a player? Mums the word with him isn't it :)
