With regards to Wanyama, I do wonder if it would have been just better to run down his contract and prevent one of our competitors from adding him to their squad for a measly amount!

Yup. But then it depends on how disruptive they would be and the knock on effects. Definitely think mane should be made to knuckle down.

RK was named our manager on the 16/06, and the first lot of players report back next Tuesday.

The club said they are aiming for an appointment ready for the 28th.
It sounds like the three on the short list have all been interviewed over this weekend.
I think we'll see an appointment by the end of the week
