Puel has no club , we have no manager, if we were that keen on him surely he would be appointed by now , I dont understand what the delay or hold up is about? It's been weeks now , get a riggle on saints you're beginning to annoy me now!

It's been 12 days since Koeman left. Not long to sound people out, get in touch, have preliminary talks, have lengthy face-to-face talks, negotiate a contract, draw up a draft contract, negotiate again - usually - and then sign it.

Has it only been 12 days! It feels like months ! This whole manager saga has really worn me down.

Yes. Are we there yet or are we taking the bloody scenic route.

I suppose he could be delayed in France watching all those top players and picking some choice specimens out for us.

They knew that Koeman was leaving a lot longer than 12 days ago...He was pictured with Everton shirts etc when he was still on his holiday.

You have to be patient, it takes a 3 weeks to get a plumber to come and fix leak in France! My itk source says the delay has been due to his representatives searching the Southampton area for a bar that serves a decent expresso and the correct dose of Ricard. Les will have the plans of the new Café de France extension to Marchwood ready by tomorrow morning, the signing will be announced at vingt-trois heures demain soir
