I've been waiting a while for Klinsmann to take over a PL club. I've always been expecting it to happen. Would I be happy if that PL club was us though? I don't know. Part of me would want to feel uneasy, but then it would be a decision made by the board; a board who I have faith in. So if they believed that Jurgen was the man, I guess I would be happy with it. Even I didn't have faith in them though, I still don't think I would be totally against it. Do I expect it to happen though? No
Hold on, I go away for an afternoon, Puel goes out to 10-1 and now Klinsmann is favourite. Wtf. Nobody has a clue, do they? (Well, hopefully Les does, but y'know...)
Deeply unimaginative with a flair for deploying players out of position...loves using CBs as DMs, DMs in advanced positions, etc. Rather than having a go against Argentina by playing Pulisic, who is both the future of the American team and one of their more dynamic players at present, he put out a side that was largely designed to lose by a respectable margin.
