An update guys because of the number of reported issues I've had...

Ok guys, the site owner has come back to me, the bits in brackets is me interjecting...

Do we know the errors they are getting (assume that means codes like 408) or can we get screenshots (I assume you guys are experiencing it just hanging)?

If it's at the ISP level it might be that we've been put in some adult blocking category (this had crossed my mind) or something else.

But I can't see issues from my side.

If it's Cloudflare it might be they see them as a threat or it being spam (the site has had to deal with spam last two days from Brazil)

I might be able to change sensitivity configs on Cloudflare to allow all UK traffic, maybe I try that now. (I know we had to up sensitivity at one point due to being under bot attack).

Was you trying to connect from your home wifi when it did that?

I see you've got full strength on the wifi but only one bar on the devices network, and are they both EE?

Did refreshing correct it as it did with RTB's example?
 
So for example:

I'm on Talktalk for my home wifi and I never have any trouble with that on any device.

However,

If I switch over to giffgaff on my mobile, O2 network, I've got one bar and I can't get on not606 - I never have been able to from home.

If I go out and am running off O2 then it's fine generally. I'm just in a geographically **** area to receive a mobile signal.

Yes both EE but the phone signal is always crap ( 1bar ) but everything else works fine.
I’m used to it now.
For some reason I have to go through the Premier League first before I can get anything to work on the Sunderland page

I've had a browse of the internet to find the shortest most straight forward video, so I can show you what I would do in a situation where you can only access via a particular route.

It's called clearing cache but I only do it for the site causing the problem, Once you do it as per the video, you would need to refresh the site and it will sign you out - so be sure you know your sign in details before ever attempting it.

I've purposely started the video on method 2, at 47 seconds. I'm using Chrome from a laptop so it may vary for other browsers and devices. You might not fancy it, but it could be useful information to others.

Just for clarity be sure you are on the not606 page when doing this...

I've noted since the site owner changed the sensitivity level sometimes it's like the site is hovering, and that's on wifi, and my thought process is whatever is causing the site to hang is why you get the situation like you have shown with the screenshots, because it's not loading properly - hence why when you refresh it comes up ok.

So i'll go to look at a thread and ocassionally not all the time, i'll have a blue bar flashing where the site is thinking about it and all my notifications become inaccessible but we are talking only seconds here.

I think in the main, but by all means not everyone is getting into the site better than they were, but there are some frustrating little glitches, anyway all noted and i've heard there's some football game on at 5 pm, so off to watch that now. IF Arsenal win, the site might crash lol...only joking, I'm old school, always support the English team.

I'm on Virgin Media and never usually have any bother. I did have trouble opening links to other websites for a while when using mobile data (I'm on Lebara which uses Vodafone signal) but apparently it was the 'child lock' on my account. The links weren't to anything dodgy, it was usually the quizzes @Blond Bombshell posts, but as soon as I took the child lock off the links worked fine.

This is the only web site that I have issues with.
Usually on my phone.

not sure if this is specific to certain devices so thought i would throw my 10 pence in here..

using my self built pc, ISP is youfibre with a constant 600Mbs (previously BT 16Mbs) and i have seen no difference in performance.

not sure if this will help but sometimes eliminating some scenarios can help lead to a fix.

You should see one bit I wrote on the Hull board, totally confused the hell out of the poor guy. I sit here sometimes thinking, now how and I going to explain this. Bit like when I want someone to tell me something, tell me like I'm a nine year old.

just thought i should check my phone, no problems at all and it is a Doogee so nowt flash.
