Been away for a few days and haven't trawled through all the posts, but can't say I'm the biggest fan of the new kit. However the shock will wear off. Put this tigers head from the training kit on it, in black, and it would improve significantly.

Don Robinson convinced them to sponsor us, no idea why they did.

I want a good polo shirt, with excellent detail and just hints of Hull City.
Something to wear to games and to the pub when I go out. Sort of those who know, know, type of styling.

I would still like to see it before I spent my money though!

Adidas have a new golf polo which I thought would fit the bill and nearly ordered one. Couldn't believe my luck. When I looked closer it was dark blue rather than black. Bugger as unlucky Alf would say.

Speaking of kits, I missed out on a nice 99/00 purple shirt today via eBay! Who on earth finishes an auction at 12:30 lunchtime on a Monday. Sold for 40 and I’d have gone to 150 for it so jokes on the seller really.

IBC was the sponsor and it was by 'Avec'... I remember it.

I went through a phase of buying shirts - got one framed and it's hanging in the downstairs bog, but the rest just ended up in a drawer, so I eventually sold them to one of the Arctic Tigers who used to post on here occasionally, because he was going to get them all framed and have them hung in his bar/games room.

Saw someone in a white Adidas City shirt at Wembley
I’d completely forgotten it (away shirt 80/81 I think)
Looked decent even for someone who doesn’t wear football shirts
