My initial reaction was that it's woeful. It is growing on me slightly, but I really don't like the lettering in white on an 'amber' background, and the stripes do look weird. I usually buy away or third kits anyways to keep things different, but this kit is that different it's kinda tempting me. Hopefully they can turn this around with the away and the third kit though because objectively this home kit is pretty poor.
Well, they’ll have to do what Sunderland did and put a big ugly orange square on the back and change to black numbers. The Prem’s rules on colour contrast are quite strict and white on orange isn’t permitted.
Like he said it's a kit that will last one year until next year when they release one that everybody can get wound up about .
Well I like it.
That one still looks ****, took me a while to like Kappa as well and our merch has generally been **** for years, maybe this is why everyone wore retro shirts at Wembley?
Oxen have a great opportunity to improve.
It’s very reminiscent of the 1976/77 home kit as worn by Billy Bremner. It was my first City kit as a 13 year old lad.
Newcastle don't feel quite so bad?

I don’t mind it to be fair, i generally don’t get over excited by kits in general and feel they are often same old same old, so don’t mind something that looks bit different
