That background is definitely the tiger face from the badge (the section from under the eye) so could well be the one in the linked photo. Hope not though - it's rank.

i dont usually have strong opinions on kits, i think they are usually much the same....but i dont like that, looks like a hotel bathroom tiles

You might want to take some strong sedatives before viewing the new 'creation'...
It might be our most successful kit design this season considering it’s intentionally garish and the result is truly hideous.
Quite like the sky blue but this is not the iconic Tiger head from club crest of old this is persisting with the blocky Allam leopard head in the fabric.
The blurb says they are not the same "completing the sky blue third kit are light blue shorts and socks"
So a different shade of light blue, no idea why but would look really daft with amber maybe not too bad with black.
I just clicked on the photo to see the shirt more clearly, it’s even worse than the preview!
