The only stuff we buy from supermarkets is cleaning products really and stuff we cannot buy elsewhere such as cordials and bathroom bits. Even then I try and use smaller chains such as Savers to avoid supermarkets. Cannot stand them and what they are doing to independent businesses.

My health has never been better, both physical and mental and the kids are eating more fruit and veg than ever. It's vital people stop spending so much with supermarkets and these multiinationals, especially the processed junk they are pumping out as food.

Your local independent retailer will stock cordials and cleaning products. I also dislike multiple grocers. Source everything locally.

Absolutely spot on. It’s criminal what the supermarkets are doing, but people still use them.

I used to love going to Frank Dees in Hessle and Grandways.

Yeah I like the basic idea but not the execution , are Kappa Turkey actually a legit company
