I once won the lucky programme number at a Partick Thistle v Meadowbank Thistle match.
I had to go to a large department store in Glasgow to collect my prize (a mirror).

As we were leaving Glasgow on the Sunday it remains uncollected. Be a bit dusty by now, must have been 40+ years ago.

I remember the programme number was either single or double digits. Will still have it somewhere.

Meadowbank Thistle! Now there’s a name! I remember going there as a young teenager, midweek winters night, pissing down with rain, Derek McInnes playing. It was just a year or 2 before John Anderson and Alan Mahood. Few years later, they went all American and changed their name to Livingston and eventually moved to Livingston. MT stadium was an athletics track too so it was a bit ****ty to watch from.

Official, this is it. As a complete itk I can now reveal the definitive jersey for the upcoming season. It has a certain something about it that is not fully describable.

I hate green (obvious reasons), but I get the just of that shirt, it would actually be quite empowering!

Pinstripes got us EPL for the first time ever and that’s one of my favourite kits in the history of City.

Err, did they? Are you thinking of the 09/10 shirt? The 07/08 one we got promoted at Wembley in was plain amber, and the 08/09 one we first played PL in was full stripes.

I have to be honest, although I knew of Edinburgh Coty, I didn’t realise that. I actually thought they had plans to knock it down and never thought anymore of it.

When we won the play offs in 2016 we had pinstripes then, the Flamingo Land kit.

Yes, don’t know what I was thinking, it was the 09/10 shirt, I really liked that, and after googling the promotion shirt, I really liked that too.
