Can’t say I’m overawed by it. I’ve a feeling it might grow on me. Might be a season I buy the away kit.

edit: that said, if by some miracle we go up this season, it’ll be worth a fortune to collectors

Hull City and Kappa Türkiye are proud to unveil the home kit for the 2025/26 Sky Bet Championship season.

Sponsored by principal partner Corendon Airlines, this bespoke shirt marks a bold departure from our traditional stripes. The design features an all-amber front and back, with Kappa Türkiye's iconic Omini logo displayed in black on the chest and white on both shoulders.

A standout feature is the unique black and amber tiger print sleeves, a striking homage to the iconic home shirts from the 1992/93 and 1993/94 campaigns.

Refined details complete the shirt's aesthetic, with a stylish black collar and black seams accented with subtle white pinstripe detailing alongside Anex Tour, prominently displayed on the left sleeve in bold white lettering.

The full kit is rounded off with black shorts and amber socks.

Midfield duo Matt Crooks and Eliot Matazo modelled the new shirt alongside fan favorite Charlie Hughes and dynamic winger Liam Millar during the unveiling.

The kit will make its debut in our first pre-season friendly in Türkiye against Istanbulspor on Tuesday, July 15th. Details regarding the on-sale date will be confirmed shortly.

Has Hughes been on hunger strike?

I think it would look better if the sleeves were black and it had black pinstripes as a homage to our 15/16 kit.

Tiger print will always be divisive. I think this kit would be better with black socks too.

It's really poorly executed, the raglan sleeve shape is poor, there should be a rib on the v-collar with the polo collar over it (rather than it being set-in), just looks cheap.

Agree about the collar. The v-neck looks so flimsy. Can see it being ripped a lot this season.
