FA Spokesperson @FAspokesperson
[1/2] Huddersfield Town FC has been charged with misconduct in relation to The FA’s Kit and Advertising Regulations.

FA Spokesperson @FAspokesperson
[2/2] It is alleged that playing kit worn by its first team during a pre-season friendly against Rochdale AFC on 17 July 2019 was in breach of FA Regulation C.2(i). The club has until 16 August 2019 to provide a response.

I'm sure they have bigger issues that are more deserving of their time.

I hope they get a massive fine and 30 points deduction.

How dare they try to bring fun into football...

This kit is more deserving of a fine. This is because are sponsored by a sausage and mash company. Heaven knows what one sponsored by Durex would have been like.

I've had Heck sausages, they're very good quality. They used to Debbie & Andrews until they got bought out. The new company make awful sausages. But Debbie and Andrew simply started afresh, called them Heck and carried on.

Clever that <ok>

They have sponsored some dodgy shirts in the past as well.

They’ve produced a shirt based on someone painting part of a shed with an oddment of paint they had left over?

Still, it looks pretty good. I was hopeful of all black with amber details.

That proposed shirt was orange with blue trim, wasn't it?

Yes, it was. It was a tongue in cheek comment. If Needler had got his way, he changed his mind after opposition from the media and fans (there is a novelty for a City chairman), I wonder what our nickname would have been (Seasiders, Coasters, Beach Boys?) and how long a name we would have had if Allam shortened it? Actually he might have actually shortened it to something like Kingston City, or even, to make it more snappy, to Hull City so it had the same number of letters as Coca Cola.
