There were 2 brothers that looked alike and were of a similar age, they did look very similar, so I always thought they were twins, but never really found out for sure.

Which reminded me of a story, my wife at that time decided she wanted to join a dart team at Manor club. I bought her some arrows from K sports and joined her on her first match. I was bullied into scoring, and the game took so bloody long it was numbing.

They finally finish, after I suggested they stopped trying to finish on a double, and that the captain of each side should just throw one dart, and nearest the bull wins.

I finally went to the bar to get some drinks in, and the barman said to me bloody hell that took some time. I said to him you are not kidding, I was clean shaven when it started, look at me now. Obviously sporting a full beard at the time. That got a few laughing at the bar.

That amber training shirt is nice. I'd have preferred that as a home shirt.

The new training warm up shirt is better than most of our first team shirts (including the new one IMO)...

Now imagine having a squad like that at the start of the season .. and in those days only one sub was allowed ! Come to think of it I'd take majority of them playing for us now even 29yrs on ffs
