We didn’t, no. Neither did we play Dagenham and Redbridge (apart from a friendly).
Maistome spent 3 years in the Football League. Two of them we were in the second tier and one of them the third tier.
Maidstone spent all three seasons in the football league in the fourth tier - the old Fourth Division.
Which is why I thought I didn't need to explain any further why we didn't play them as it was a given.
I was actually replying to the question had we played them in the league, but my post wasn't clear enough.
I know. I was just explaining why we never came across them in the league.
I'm having one of those infuriating brain farts, so help me out. Whose that actor in the early part of this video, the grey haired one who presses the button?
