At least positive Nige gets his hashtags right...

Nigel Adkins‏ @TheNigelAdkins
The Power of Collaboration @HullCity @UmbroUK We have an excellent new kit to identify with this season. We have exciting players and we are in the process of building a team to compete in the Championship and provide sustainability for Hull City. [HASHTAG]#hcafc[/HASHTAG] [HASHTAG]#TheTigers[/HASHTAG]

What a load of codswallop Nige.

If, perchance, you journey along Clive Sully Way towards town, you will see on the right hand side by the bendy bit, the Lord Line building.

The comparisons between that Hull heirloom and the one you preside over could not be more similar.

Owners don't give a **** about it.
It's becoming something of a joke.
Visitors question what the **** is happening.
Owners letting it fall into decay and disrepair.
Unfulfilled promises made to turn it into something startling.
Others who want to take it over and do something with it are constantly thwarted.
Other towns and cities with similar heirlooms do something about it.
Presiding authority too weak to do owt about it.

There.

By the way, not sure of the accuracy of your message.

'we have some exciting players' . Have we? Which ones? If we have how long before they are gone?

'in the process of building a team'. Really ... from what I can see it seems the foundations are presently being demolished. You might need structural engineers for some advice on underpinning old chap.

'compete in the Championship'. GTF. Wait, a tad unfair of me, you didn't say at which end you're aiming to compete.

'sustainability'. Go on.

I do agree that by and large the kit is excellent, but you can put a turd in new clothes and people can still tell it stinks.

Sustainability haha! Peak Adkins this!
And what's wrong with that? Take a look at villa. And see where we could be.

"Tigers" isn't our name or nickname numbnuts, it isn't anything at all other than a slap in the face.
Yes well I hate the ****ing Allams as much as the rest of you but saying not having "The" before Tigers on the kit is just plain silly and playing with semantics. Yes we've had The Tigers on it before (I think) but think about it; I know I have in the dim and distant past, so I am sure some of the rest of you have chanted "TIGERS" at the end of the clapping chant (each duh is a clap): "duh duh, duh duh duh, duh duh duh duh, TIGERS!" Now c'mon lets get pissed off over the real **** that keeps going on around those toxic twins.

That's rather missing the point, it's absolutely not just about semantics, it's another thing intentionally done by the club in the full knowledge that it will piss off a great many people. If there was any desire to resolve things, this sort of thing would have stopped by now and it's absolutely right that the ongoing stupidity is highlighted.

I always chant “City” after “duh duh duhing” that duh sequence.

EDIT: on reflection it’s more a “Cidee” sound.

Pretty certain that chant ends with City, not Tigers.
