You seem to have accidentally written 'perfectly valid', rather than 'utterly pointless'.

Don't worry, I doubt anyone's noticed. :bandit:

You replied to me.

And if you go back and look you’ll see - as is more often the case than not - it wasn’t me that started the whole discussion about ‘looking like a tiger’ :emoticon-0148-yes:

Where else can you get arguments about the direction of the tiger stripe :emoticon-0137-clapp:emoticon-0135-makeu:emoticon-0136-giggl.
Carry on !!
Personally the plain shirts are miles better.

Yes, but again, if we had always played in plain amber shirts we would never have been nicknamed the Tigers. I wonder what Papa Allam would have wanted to alter the name to then? Hull Coronets?

Hull Trumpets?

Better still amalgamate Trumpets and Coronets = Hull Crumpets. We'd have been massive in every country in the World where there are prostitutes. Think of all the shirts we could sell, depending on which badge was on them.

I've always advocated a switch between the 2.

Well I suppose some of us are layed back and flexible and others are just set in their same old ways .

Some of us are laid back. We just don't see the need to **** about with the kit. Presumably you are layed (sic) back about changing the badge. Or the name as well.

Some of us are laid back but don't see the point in ****ing about with the kit for the sake of it. We got the nickname the Tigers because we played in black and amber stripes. Presumably younare layed (sic) back and flexible about changing the badge. And the name of the team as well.
