I always yearn for a modern version of the 76 yellow and blue versus Manchester who kit.
Well, we had one. Was it the second year in Div One? I can't remember.

Seems silly ... Newcastle played in black/white no problem against our stripes.
Can someone enlighten me to the rules. I (and Gary Linneker apparently) had genuine difficulty telling us apart from Hull a few months ago but have never had any difficulty with the black 'n' white of Newcastle. So what are the rules?
Nice kit though.
I was at the Newcastle game and, as I suffer from a mild form of colour-blindness I did have trouble at times distinguishing the teams (apart from the style of football of course). So I personally welcome this.
would be easier for me if they decided to sell the third kid

Can't read minds that well judging by the following:Wow - only while watching the United game last week, did I turn to my son and say "I think I'll write to the club and ask for yellow shirts for the away kit next season" ... That Kreuger bloke is bloody brilliant; he can even read minds.
Apparently, it's something to do with two teams in stripes on TV but I could well be wrong.
It's for those watching on black & white TVs.
Like Lineker, I struggled with Saints v Hull (and I'm not colour blind). Not all the time, but for the long shots.
I thought TVs only came in black or grey. Goes well with most decor.Hang on, you mean to say there are colour TV's these days?
Whatever next?!
