Fine! What are your plans for September with the 14 day quarantine for people arriving from Spain. The spike is in Catalunya and neighbouring Aragón, but that doesn't mean to say the rest of Spain is inmune. Mallorca is again Open for business but in walking around Palma numbers are well down compared with previous summers. Keep safe
What has impressed me, about Spain’s handling of covid, is the way they issued clear and concise figures by the regions, and the way they have imposed bans on people moving from region to region when the levels of infection differ, to contain it and prevent it spreading.
I think the 14 day quarantine has been a bit of a knee jerk reaction, to cover backsides, because, as you point out, it is mainly just those two regions in the north causing most of the concern.
The costas, further south, don’t seem to have the same increase, so maybe the government could have placed the quarantine on those travelling to and from the most affected regions, but issued a warning to travellers that the quarantine could be extended, if those other regions spike.
