What control won't he compromise on? If the club are going for people who want to be in charge of player recruitment, they're targeting the wrong candidates. As has been said a million times before, its not an unusual way of working and there are plenty of people out there familiar with working that way.

Mate I have no idea, some are saying control is sticking point. Others say it's that Dodds has to be involved.

I just look at it and think if any of its true its not all Speakman, KLD can't be blameless. He is either letting Speakman do what rbe **** he wants or (the more likely scenario imo) he has give Speakman a brief of what he wants and Speakman is executing it.

But I know nowt and only go off what is said by people and opinions differ so who knows what's really going on.
