If it’s Maric I wouldn’t be so sure that Dodds leaves. Maric has worked with Bellingham so might get a good reference for him. Maric might meet with Dodds and want to keep him.
What’s important as that Dodds (or Proctor) aren’t FORCED on him. It needs to be Maric’s decision.
And personally if I was Dodds I would want a fresh start somewhere else anyway. Hard being a caretaker and going back to just a coach with the same group of players

DOF is a specialist role imo so id like us to go for someone who has done that role before or someone whose been heavily involved in player recruitment
also can’t see Maric voluntarily leaving Bayern to be anything but a head coach anywhere
Good points mate, wouldn’t be disappointed with him by any means but doesn’t get me excited at the moment (don’t know much about him though)
I tried to too look for his record before I posted but couldn’t find it. Obvious difference is Rohl has had success as a head coach in this league. Happy for us to look outside the box though

I've spent a good few hours listening to him speak in interviews and on podcasts mind! Sad as **** I know, but I'm happy after I've educated myself on him.
Very similar but Maric has more experience at youth coach level.
from watching his last presser( he should have walked there and then imo) the way he conducted himself yesterday and in his after match interviews, he's done here.
Don’t think they would’ve had the input then as they’ve had the last 13 games. TM had his mate as 1st team coach so would’ve thought they’d just had suggestions and not decision makings
