According to otr, Dodds was responsible for not renewing Hayes contract. Absolutely no idea how true that is but fits if Dodds is going back to his old role.
He's going to an assistant's role at Gillingham. It could just be that it's a step up for him. Plus, as he came from Charlton, it could be he's moving home.
Press talk was that WS choice was to manage in England and would be willing to go to Championship, he could've played a blinder with news released that RC Lens are after him and makes his hand a lot stronger and will force the club into giving him what he wants. Time for KLD to step up
no chance is Dodds “responsible” for it. Makes no sense. Dodds returning to his old role might be the reason for it, but it doesn’t make Dodds responsible. It will be Speakman.
And frankly if he signed a 4 month contract in Feb to fill in for an interim appointment; Hayes probably expected to go now anyway. Highly doubt there’s anything even worth discussing here (appreciate the irony that I’m discussing it)
This is it. There was about 5 pages of arguing through the night on this thread but did a moderator say anything about that? Did they ****. There's a group of people on here that dismiss anything negative going on at the club and dismiss the people complaining, do the moderators say anything about them? Do they ****. There's a group of people on here that are just overtly negative about everything all the time and constantly ruin threads, do the moderators say anything about them? Do they ****.
But they do say something when I have an issue with people posting unsubstantiated claims. People rightly point and laugh at RTG but honestly is this any better? There's no room for middle ground and you are constantly walking on eggshells with both the positive and negative camps and then the moderators now as well apparently.
can’t comment on the mods stuff as I don’t know what’s gone on, but you’re right about people that just want to post negative absolutist rubbish all the time being frustrating.
Almost as if it’s never been the plan for Dodds and Proctor to be with the first team and they were expecting to resume their previous roles.
Like I want Speakman out and have been open about that since last night. I don’t like him.

no they were always with the first team. But when Beale left he needed replacing so everyone shuffled up one and left a short term position needing filling until everybody shuffled back.
Also @Magnus seeing you were basically proved right and so will continue posting (I hope), could you go and ask your contact what the club are going to do now?
