Like many, I don't think he actually picks the team but he is definitely involved in match day squad selection. He pretty much said that himself around Christmas time when he mentioned that it was a group effort (I'll try and find the article).
That raised alarm bells for me as I don't think he should have anything to do with it.
So they’ve moved and offered him a job before us or Norwich could even speak to him even though their manager is still in post and he might not actually leave yet? And Still has been available to speak to clubs for weeks and we’ve had no permanent manager for months with reports he’s spoke to us and Norwich in the past two weeks. I find that story full of holes their timeline for this is a mess!

Well Norwich fans/journos confirmed that Still had spoken to Norwich, so that part of it is a load of ****e, which casts doubt on the feasibility of the rest of it.
