All very amusing people getting upset over appointments that we have no evidence of happening. Reminds me of the meltdown last summer when we were supposed to be selling everyone.
This would indicate that it is indeed their plan to have a "yes man" not that I believe Mowbray or Beale were that. You're suggesting that they have a plan and that they have a model and that the 2 don't align.
Neil, Mowbray, Beale and even Dodds have all questioned the clubs transfer strategy. The idea that we only hire yes men is bonkers, but it's an easy dig.
So random posters said it was imminent and we'd be happy? But you're suggesting "then it’s time to ask serious questions on what we as fans class as a very happy appointment…" as if the club have suggested an imminent appointment that we would be happy with... Just a strange way of phrasing it that's all.
Ah fair enough, apologies @SAFC Wilks that makes more sense now. Though I still don't think something apparently said at a meeting that wasn't official is something to beat the club with.

Don’t think I’d be too happy with Rosenior. Poor style of football as a few have mentioned and failed to get that Hull squad in the top 6.
The model is fine, it's being implemented incorrectly imo. The model worked well first championship season, in fact that summer 2022 window is one of the best in the clubs recent history, but we've went away from it.
It was that Guinness Guzzler (the RAWA rep) who mentioned that it would be imminent and a few from the meeting said the same thing - those posters aren’t the usual wind up merchants.
When I was looking over the accounts and reading about other teams figures, I was genuinely shocked at how much of a money pit the championship is. One thing I took away was how important player trading is for us to be able to progress (is **** as that is). This model gives a clear pathway to enable us to spend more on improving the squad, it’s all about timing of sales and reinvesting correctly. With Clarke likely going, and last seasons transfer mistakes, the summer is the first huge test of the model. That’s why I’m getting frustrated with a head coach not being appointed yet.
Unfortunately, based upon the comments already made about any names mentioned so far I don't think this is possible. Some will be be happy with either A, B, C etc but some will not be happy with any.
