I think there was credit in the bank if I’m being honest mate, but if it’s true he is the sticking point then he should be gone.

Stepping in to make the decision to appoint Still, failing to appoint Still and then putting the task back onto Speakman who you clearly didn't trust to make the appointment in the first place is a horrid way to run a football club.
I've hammered Speakman recently and he takes a large portion of the blame here but I feel a bit sorry for him if I'm completely honest, he isn't being allowed to do his job. Should've been removed in May or allowed to do his job to the fullest extent, not half of it.

I've got no doubt Speakman is a difficult character but a lot of what we're hearing about him is simply hearsay filtered through the prism of other people's (possibly second or third hand) personal animosity.
Mostly agree. We need someone equipped for running championship first team football not Speakman who does the other stuff quite well but not that and it should have been sorted a month ago, the lack of decisive action makes Speakman what he made Dodds, a lamb to the slaughter.

Could be right but there is enough evidence change needs to happen. A restructure a clear change of plan and responsibility for it shared with people more certain. I’m not getting the vibe that it’s anything but messy, not assured. Speakman is the main feature in the mess last season at first team level so what’s the delay in sorting it? It’s not even kind to Speakman not to, though I’m sure he doesn’t think he needs it.
Which would be great if it was a one off mate, just look at the striker debacle and the defensive midfield role, “we tried but……”. It’s a common theme here and there has to be a common denominator whatever or whoever it is

I do agree about the lack of bringing a striker in mate it’s just that I think the trend has been more positive than negative since KLD came in and KS is part of that. I haven’t been impressed since the sacking of Beale mind and that’s with either of them.
There's definitely been mistakes made on his watch but there's a lot of assumption, based on rumour, made about him too.
It has been positive overall mate but that doesn’t mean it’s a trend that continues, they reach their natural level. But most of all, they have not been reading my signature. It’s over to them to deliver and last chance saloon for KS for me.
