I'd be gutted to see KLD leave but I think he has some learning to do from the last 12 months.

That does seem likely. Snippets of news keep coming out but the order of the events occurring might be mixed up:

Rosenior is likely
We have agreed compensation for Cifuentes
Cifuentes is the next choice after Rosenior
Rosenior has turned us down

Rearrange those:

Rosenior is likely
Cifuentes is the next choice after Rosenior
Rosenior has turned us down

Whilst its mostly speculation and rumours with very little to actually go on, i have to admit it is a concern how things appear to be going.

We have such a big summer ahead of us and we seem to be now where nearer a coach let alone making a signing

Speakman will have a couple of 19 year olds from abroad lined up, no doubt.

Maybe they've found Beales book of World Class Training sessions so they arent in any hurry now to get a head bloke in!!

It is within Speakman's role to appoint managers or head coaches. His last two have been abject failures. Prior to that we 'lost' two coaches for various reasons. Now we can't attract any coach who we are interested in. Yet, we are comfortably the best supported team in the division and with higher crowds than most of the Premier League. The owners and the Directors have to be asking what we are asking i.e. how has this been allowed to happen and how are we squandering such massive potential. The worry has to be that KLD is massively out of his depth because it seems clear that Speakman is not up to his role and hasn't been for a good while.
