Yeah I'm guessing it's a marketing prank for that book. Julia Wurz (who wrote it) is Alex's wife, probably how she got PDLR to tweet the site.

I thought it was going to be a Formula E team until I read the URL.

I'd already got visions of a couple of cars bombing around in the Dupont colors of Jeff Gordon's NASCAR. Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!!! :(
 
Yeah, as the white text in my OP feared, it's probably April fools. A guy on reddit has it nailed.

gotta feel sorry for Caterham, they musta thought they'd been promoted from last on the grid.
 
Saw this on Autosport first and thought for a split second what great news that would be and then remembered the date and my excitement quickly drained away again...
