That was the plan initially, but that was too much hassle <whistle>
 
One - Nice image and idea but wouldn't work as the banner.
Two - Nice idea for the faces but overall looks disorganised.
Three - Unique idea, classy and executed well. < Voted
Four - Good step up from the current banner's formula. Looks v good and pulled off well.
Five - Good idea using Shearer and arranged well but not keen on the tilted badge.
Six - Clean, clear and has Cabaye <diva> but not keen on tilted badge again.
Seven - Looks very good and likely to work as a banner, just can't stand Taylor's face.
Eight - Amazing banner, clearly the best one, conspiracy caused less votes. :(
Nine - Like six but Colo looks a bit sinister/rapistish.
Ten - Looks a bit plain for me.

8 because it looks best when put on the skin. Some of the others lose their quality when that transparent bit is over the top
