I tried to do the preview but it doesn't look right on my laptop screen.

I hate to confuse things, but I designed my banner (number 10) to the dimensions of the site. The problem is that the image in this thread is just the full size banner scaled down, not a preview.... thus the quality looks crap.

As my laptop is broken (and I don't know how) could someone make a preview of mine?

    Cheers :)

    Don't you mean improve?

I guess Jesus in a cloak is cool, but Jesus in a vintage fitted Fred Perry t-shirt, Levi's drainpipes and Clarks desert boots is ****ing ace...

    If you catch my drift...

Appreciate your mocking up one in the forum 'skin'!

I made the image a whole lot larger than was necessary which is why it's too deep/wide! When 20% smaller the core elements sit right above the vignette box. Be interesting to see it sit correctly. The final artwork file may even need cropping on it's top and sides as I've tried to he generous with any bleed; easier to crop than add!

Cheers <okay>. Looks much better like that I think... the only problem is that you lose the edges of the banner on a smaller resolution screen. Did you mock that up in Photoshop by the way?

Ahh right... I'm just a little curious as to why the white bar at the top of the banner is visible? I used the same dimensions that the original banner used, so the white bar should be hidden underneath the menu.

Oh well, cheers for doing that for me fella!

Ahh right... yeah haha, that was mine. It's not too bad to be fair, the latest version has some decent effects and stuff. I wouldn't mind learning how to properly use Photoshop though.

No idea lol. Either just go for No Multi Choice or put in bold telling people not to be bellends voting all over the place and to vote for only one or two.

I just went no multi choice in the end. Easiest option I suppose. <ok> Let this thread die, so as not to cause confusion ha <laugh>

    In fact, I'll lock it...
